Reagan Medical Center: Sabom Michael MD

My complaint is with the Billing Department. I had a CT scan in August of 2023 and was overbilled $350. I have been calling Reagan since January 2024 and told multiple times I would receive a refund via Zelle, the issue is being escalated, need someone "higher up" to approve. As of November 12. 2024 I still have not received a refund and continue to m get a run around.

Every time I come here, there are different receptionists, some more professional than others. Dr. Rafeedie has been my primary physician for 4 years. I live an hour away from his office, but I make it a priority to see him regularly. Today I was greeted by the rudest young lady by the name of Tamia at the front desk with the longest eye lashes and fake nails that I've ever seen. I'm sure this is completely out of compliance with uniform standards. She actually made me go through all of these unnecessary hoops and bounds to be seen by my doctor simply because she could.
