My daughter and I were there for a tanning spray session and the ladies at the counter were nice and helpful. They offered the information that we needed, we were in and out and the tanning results were good. The tan lasted 1 week and a half.
I didn't give it 5 stars because I used to be a member at another location where I received superb service! Customer service is a must in all types of business. You have to be flexible with the customers, offer solutions, and keep them coming back.
This is my favorite PBT! The staff is always friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Ashley is the absolute best, sweetest, most friendly manager ever. Liz is also great!

Omg the ladies Ashley and Karen were literally the sweetest! So helpful and extremely knowledgeable I was looking to get some color evened out for my wedding and as a black woman I felt so welcomed and invited! They didn’t even bat an eye they even made a customizing blend of spray tan so I could touch up as needed ! Can’t wait to go back and I recommend everyone who needs a little more glow to go here ✨
