“I looked for reviews before calling to make an appointment for the Internal Medicine office, but I did not see any. After my first visit today, I think they deserve a review. I had a minor issue, but wanted to be seen soon. Three other offices I had called (highly rated/reviewed) were very rude, and could not see me for weeks. So, reviewless and unheard of I called the Internal Medicine office at LMC. From the moment the receptionist answered, it was a pleasant experience. She was kind, helpful, and told me everything I needed to know. It was very much unlike the other offices I had spoken to. I was even offered an appointment that very day, but could not go until the next day. So this morning I arrived and was greeted by a friendly lady from the Sports Medicine department. She saw that I didnt know where to go and gladly came over to help me. She showed me to the correct department, and also let the receptionist know I was there. I was quickly given new patient paperwork and called back within 15 or so minutes. The nurse was the same as the other girls, friendly and helpful. I didnt wait long before Dr Watkins came in. He was kind, attentive, and thorough. Listened, diagnosed, explained what was going on and what he wanted to do. I was in and out in 45 minutes. It means a world of difference to go to the doctor and be treated quickly and kindly by the entire staff. It is uncommon these days, but LMC is proof that it can be found. I will definitely go back in the future.“
