We were in the market for upgrading our shower since our previous fiberglass insert had a massive crack on the bottom. We looked around and got estimates from a number of places/contractors. We found Arthur on Thumbtack and he responded quickly. Unlike the rest of the people we had come out for an estimate, he was the only one who gave many different suggestions and ideas about how we should go about it. It was not from a standpoint of him trying to squeeze out more money, but for the quality of the job and the finished product. My family and I were completely comfortable with Arthur and his crew in the house as they were diligent and professional in every way. The job took about a week and he was there to answer any questions or concerns we may have had. He comes exactly as advertised and more. I would highly suggest Arthur and his crew for any job you may have coming up as we are already planning our next project and referring him to our friends and family for any jobs/projects they may have in the future.
