I knew I needed brakes, but I was informed that my rotors needed replacing. Nate made sure that I wasn’t being scammed. Not only was the work done correctly I also was able to get the discount that was being offered. Even though I had to wait on the parts, Nate and I had a beautiful conversation he made me feel so comfortable and welcome. Kudos to Nate who has a beautiful personality and is a people person. This place has the cheapest full synthetic oil ever! The owner, Tim, is extremely nice and the service I received was impeccable. I will always choose this Meineke location for my services.
They did a great job fixing me and my daughter’s car. They did not try to upsell us anything. They seemed genuine. We will be taking our car to Meineke from now on. Thank you guys!
