My nail tech was great they made me feel welcomed and took her time she did exactly what I wanted not going to lie she did cut me a little my cuticle on my left thumb and ring finger but people make mistakes and overall my experience was relaxing and great will recommend and will be going back !!! Thank You!

I would give five stars but because I had one bad experience it took one away. I absolutely love this place. From the first day I went I felt welcomed. Since I work In healthcare I haven't had my nails done in over 8 years. My first and second visit was amazing. The third not so much. I was supposed to get sns. The nails came out looking a little funny but not anything intolerable so I let it go. I decided to try another place to get them done. When she sat me down to remove the powder it would not come off. She told me that it was gel and not powder. Been going hear 3 years read a review from a kaylan norman..and I think she might have the wrong location bc there is only mrs. Linda and Kevin that work at this location witch is located by subway in Auburn ga... if they ever make a mistake they fix right away no charge and are the best people I know they take their time to make u feel relaxed and me sure every customer is happy.....
