I asked David Roth to inspect our home before we put it on the market. We. Didn’t want to be surprised by any findings that a buyer’s inspector might find. That helped us decide how to prioritize any remediation we might need to do before sale. We were prepared—a prospective buyer is comfortable buying the house in ‘as is’ condition. They had their own inspection done, and neither party has had to deal with surprises. Well worth the money.
