“I've worked with Arthur Short over a period of eight years. He has helped me with repairs on my home and several rental houses I own. He is reliable, knowledgeable and very conscientious. I've contacted him for a fairly wide range of problems - roof leaks, plumbing problems, concrete path repairs, moving and leveling a shed, ceiling lamp repairs and wiring problems - and he has always come through. He may be a tad more expensive than other handy persons, but I can count on his absolute commitment to do things right. Some of the people who work for less do shoddy work and use inferior equipment, and in the long run end up costing more. Mr. Short has proven himself to be trustworthy and capable.“

“*(Update) They worked together with another company to get the water up and limit any damage to the house*Had a water pressure issue repaired by this company that was hired by my property manager. They fixed the issue but left within 10 minutes of saying all issues were fixed. Pipe busted going from the water heater to the main water like to the house and it takes a minute to get to the bottom of my driveway to shut the water off.They came back and shop vac’ed what they could and left and another company came by last night and extracted the carpet. One of the guys said his supervisor (idk why there’s a supervisor with a 2 man crew) was rushing to leave even though they’re supposed to wait 1-1.5 hours before leaving to make sure everything is in working order. Very frustrating experience. If all turns out well on the back end of this I’ll leave a much better review.“

“I just switched over to Arrow from another company and they are so much more user friendly. Their communication is very good and they arrive when they say they will. I have dogs that I need to put up so it is very important that I have notice before they get here. I've only had them out one time so will see if everything goes well next time and I might bump up my rating.“
