James was wonderful. He got my insurance to buy me a new roof, and new gutters, despite them being over 30 years old. He even had someone at my house the morning after we first spoke to put a tarp over the hole in my roof, while we were getting all the paperwork set for the replacement. Work was done in a very timely fashion.
I am a realtor and have been working with James at Hail Naw Roofing for several years now. He has replaced several roofs and made repairs to others. James is always responsive, honest and fair. He helps to calm down sellers when they may have gotten the shocking news from an inspection that their roof is damaged. He has helped me by working with insurance companies to keep my deals together, making both my buyers and my sellers happy! I will always call James and Hail Naw for all of my roofing needs.
