I have never had a more pleasant dental experience than at Gwinnett Family Dental.
From start to finish, everyone was extremely pleasant. The procedure was clearly explained, and what they said they would do was done. Recommend them highly! Dominic Green and Craig were absolutely wonderful, they put my mind and fears at ease.
I’ve had to do some fairly complicated dental work in the last few years and I’ve never been let down by this dental office. From being super accommodating for my travel plans (I come from out of state to this office) to helping me navigate an insurance claim - they work as a team. I found this office in 2020 and haven’t looked back. I always have a great experience. Ebony the Operations Manager really took her time to help me and definitely showed she cares about her staff and patients! Lauren my Hygienist , is the nicest human being ever and Craig my all around Dental Assistant/ question guru is my go to for all special concerns and fun conversations! Whenever I go to Gwinnett Family Dental, they are professional and caring. I make sure my coverage will be accepted by them, so I don't have to go anywhere else. Going to the dentist may not be a fun experience at times, but it's a pleasure to be taken care of by their staff. A+ service!
