Mark Bordenca, M.D. are excellent helping our 5 year old daughter with her eye condition. Don't believe all these negative reviews. If you're not going to be on time you're probably going to have to wait. It seems like they get people in and out as quickly as they can. Like in Doc Hollywood said it's a volume business. But seriously we've been really happy with Dr. Mark Bordenca, M.D. and his staff.

Fantastic! Highly recommend the eye consultants of Atlanta group. I went to see Dr. CristenBerry for a cataract. He did a very thorough exam of both eyes and answered all of my questions, thoroughly and politely. That really matters to me because having potential eye surgery is very uncommon- at least it is for me. I felt the office staff particularly Hannah and Rachel were very helpful and informative. I felt the process of moving through the office was very smooth. We scheduled the cataract surgery and Dr. Cristenberrys surgical assistant, Hollie, called me the next day to walk me through all the things that I needed to do to prepare for the surgery in February . I.e. Schedule my regular doctors visit to get cleared for surgery, explain ordering the eyedrops through mail service, etc. Highly recommend this practice.

The only reason this office even gets two stars is because of Dr. Budman. He is a great doctor, but that incompetent, inconsiderate woman Kathy who's the so called Business office manager is horrible. Between her yelling and her blaming not scheduling an appointment because Dr Budman told her not to. She doesn't need to work in healthcare. I called to schedule my daughter an appointment who needs an eye surgery she proceeds to say she can't schedule me because of a $31.00 charge that I was never told about. Told her i can make the payment when i get to her appointment. She proceeds to say no i can take it over the phone. I told her I'm not doing that again because I just dealt with someone using my card info and it's still being disputed. So you delay care because of 31 dollars that could be paid in office, that your staff didn't take at the appointment and it's my fault. So I live an hour away. You want me to come in pay 31.00 then come for an appointment When it could all be done at one time. Then they sent the invoice to the wrong mailing address. Asked why no one called, she said because that's harassment. They call for appointment reminders is that not a call.
