I don't recommend this place. They burnt my scalp down to the white meat. They did nothing to compensate me, nor did they treat my scalp. I called them to inform them of what happened; they didn't ask me to come in so they could see the damage. Unhappy customer.

I give a 4 because they are great people and provide great care. However if you have natural 4C hair you may want to reconsider. In order to make my hair bone straight the new lady used some form of straightening product. The hair was beautiful when she was done, but My natural hair changed. My new natural hair stylist has been trimming as my hair continues to grow back strong from the roots. I have half course hair and half straight. We'll continue to cut off that processed hair.

the first picture is before and the 2nd picture is after.I’m very nervous about other people cutting my hair. I wanted layers so I could have some movement so it’s not a triangle shape when it’s curly. I walked in and I asked for long layers and this is what i got and i LOVE IT. She was kind enough to translate what i wanted to my stylist. Very nice salon!!Service: Haircut
