Walfre and his co-worker were outstanding. One plumbing company came out and would not take care of my water heater. I had to go use HD, and had a fabulous experience. Walfre told me I had ordered the wrong size WH, and meet me at HD to return the wrong size and purchase the correct size. Then, they installed it with no problems. I highly recommend him and Bynum Plumbing.
Bynum replaced my 40-Gallon gas water heater. Everything was exceptional, from my initial phone call with Bynum (via Home Depot) to the completion of replacing the water heater.

The technicians called 20 minutes prior to their arrival, and they did arrive well within the scheduled window (1 pm - 4pm).
