I'm always nervous when it comes to a new doctor. The front staff was friendly and the PA was very knowledgeable. Blood work was fast. Now the doctor, Mrs Washington.... ????? I felt comfortable, she didn't rush and listened to all my concerns. I've found my new home!
This is a doctor's office.
The doctor part of it is fine. Not the best doctor I've had. Far from the worse. My doctor gets the job done.
The office part makes a lot of mistakes. If you go here, make sure you double and triple check everything. Referrals, blood work, prescriptions, scheduling, etc.
It sucks to wait a few weeks for a referral to go through only to find out they have the wrong fax number on file, or have to go back for a second set of blood work, or have to call multiple times to get a prescription, or to be double booked for appointments.

Called the office today just to get some information on a primary care because I’m looking for one in the Lawrenceville area. I spoke to Tia who was extremely pleasant and very informative. She has the sweetest voice over the phone and was overall a great help! Can’t wait to visit the practice!
