Absolutely one of the best experiences I’ve had of any company providing a service. They answered my questions clearly and quickly, and I had my neck traction device within two days. Not to mention that their prices are actually better than anywhere else! I would recommend them above any other equipment provider out there!
Had to drive an hour to Lawrenceville office for a mask fitting appointment they did not have on their books. Were able to chose proper equipment (took five minutes) and could not have it mailed to an alternate location while we were on vacation. Tech systems were antiquated, but resiratory thearpist was helpful.
I received my cpap within a few days. Great service. I had a little trouble understanding the rep who called, but it was probably because I have difficulty with accents. All in all, it was a painless experience & things turned out great.
