I was in a bind and after another company told me I needed a fully new heating and air system for 14K after only shining a flashlight and not opening anything, AR Sims fit me into there schedule and got my AC back up and running with a quick repair on an old condenser unit so that I can now make a informed decision on replacing it in the near future without being desperate for AC. They helped me solve my immediate problem without trying to use it to take advantage and sell me on something.
