Absolutely horrible experience i ordered flowers that were supposed to be delivered before 4 pm not only did they not get there they tried to deliver after the business was closed at 6:16 pm then sent me an email stating it was delivered the next day at 10am and it wasnt ,customer service said the new delivery date was 2 days after i needed it if your trying to send something please use local florists because this company is absolutely horrible and did nothing to make it right .

Better go with a local florist. Twice they did not deliver on time. I gave them the benefit of the doubt the first time because they called to let me know about the delay ahead of time and have the opportunity to cancel. Second time was for birthday flowers, the order was place d ahead of time and was promised to be delivered on a specific date. Again the order was delayed and this time they did not call or contact me before they shipped the order and when I contacted them they said they were sorry they couldn’t do anything because the order was shipped. Next day the flowers were delivered in a box by FedEx (not in a vase as featured on the order). My recommendation...read full review

The process of sending a floral arrangement is usually tied to a special occasion or a celebration….something impactful to let the recipient know they are cared for and in our thoughts. Apparently, 1800 flowers either can’t handle or totally disregards that level of responsibility…the ability to put a damper and or ruin a special occasion. A GREAT idea….but the quality of the floral arrangements is nothing like the pictures. They send wilted flowers.Also, the customer service is TERRIBLE. An online order for flowers should be s simple and straightforward process. NOT end up being a part-time job! Also, the lies…saying something was delivered and it wasn’t....read full review
