“Sharon and her husband are the absolute best! Called them due to my septic being full and needed pumped out after the hurricane. Turns out I needed a new drain field after they pumped my septic out. She told me how to get the permit from the health department. They were very friendly, knowledgeable, and kept their word the whole time while replacing my drain field. They got me up and running faster than I thought it was going to take. Very professional and always on time. Their estimate was a great price and never changed. Answered all my questions and concerns in a timely manner as well. “We received a quote from Roto-Rooter in October 31, to replace our Hot Water Heater. We were finally able to replace the Water Heater December 16; through no fault of Roto-Rooters. Wayne came to our house and kept us up to date on what was happening. Wayne was efficient and polite. The cost of the Water Heater and installation, plus removal was on par with the other plumbers. Mikala was the young lady we dealt with to schedule everything. She was kind and helpful, and took great care of everything.“
