“My name is Melissa and I currently live overseas, and I wanted to do something special for my parents just to put a smile on their faces. My mother and father are 75 years old, and I was a little bit skeptical about booking appointment here because I had never been. But i must say I explained my concerns with Ms. Yaya, and she ensured me they would be taken care of. She also did a video chat with me and gave me a virtual tour of the spa. She was kind, sweet and patient. I had to cancel my parents appt 3x due to them being scared of their surprise and Ms. Yaya did not complain once.
