We went into the office and “filed” our taxes with Melissa. Long story short she messed up our taxes and on top of that she is impossible to get in touch with. We found out they were messed up ourselves by contacting the IRS and sitting on the phone with them for 6 hours until they let us know what the issue was. We have reached out to Melissa dozens of times through phone calls, emails, Facebook. She responded ONE TIME and said “I’ll look into it” and has left us hanging ever since. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Melissa is the most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with. We are now having to refile our taxes far past the deadline.

Melissa screws mine so bad she entered the wrong amount of tax taken out she entered the wrong name of the business I had to have H&R Block amend it and fix it. And once it was fixed and I got my check she was holding it from me I had to call the police ?‍♀️ and make a complaint. Only when the detective called her and left a msg I got a msg from her to get my check don’t go there! Oh I forgot to mention 2 other co workers went to her and she did the exact same thing! Don’t use them!!even the IRS had complaints on them
