We moved into an older remodeled home, weren't told of the pest issue or that the house sat empty for some time. Tried 3 others companies with no success. Northwest has been the only company to sufficiently decrease the issue, they are prompt, detailed, knowledgeable and go out of the way to check things that we didn't think about. And most importantly, take great care with our fur babies.

Excellent, courteous and graceful service. Taking care of relatives house and called to have Tech come out . They called back and were kind and comprehensive in what they previously and done and what they would now do. Tech came at appointed time, called first. Very professional, explained he was familiar with the house and what he had dine before. Recognized the problem (had kept specimen for him). He explained what all he did , left his card and said call his cell phone if any problem came up. So refreshing to see that kevel of care and customer service. From the perso. Great experience, Great team, and our tech, Robert was amazing to deal with and very professional. We were referred by the previous homeowner and we are happy we signed on with them after several failed experiences with another larger company that starts with a T and ends with an X. Robert took personal attention to detail in making sure that we were happy and that our home was pest free. Thank you.
