We have been with Northwest for over a year. We deliberately picked them from another big name company that we were not satisfied with., We could tell the difference. The accurate communication alone was a big step up. Northwest will send a text message in advance to let you know that your service is scheduled that week. Our fantastic technician, goes further, and will call to let me know that he is on his way. The office staff is as professional and knowledgeable as the techs that come to my home. Everyone communicates clearly on invoices, over the phone, and in person. I'm very comfortable having their techs in and around my space. Very pleased with the customer service as well as the results of their work.
