Jackson Services in Auburn repaired my AC unit. Fortunately it was just a bad capacitor so not expensive and they came out on a Saturday during the hottest day of the year! Their guy was super helpful!
This is my 2nd review, after reading some negative reviews I must make another positive one. I myself have been and still are a plumber for 45 years and a licensed master plumber non-restricted for 36 years. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Jackson Services for all your Plumbing and heating needs. my son-in-law also own a HVAC company and I always refer Jackson Services for Your HVAC needs instead of his. it's always hard to please everyone but that is just the way it is. If for some reason you do have an issue please give them a chance to respond and correct it before a negative review. I have been in the Plumbing trade for 45 years and I feel this post speaks for for itself. Every employee, and office staff are well mannered. clean cut, knowledgeable and very professional along with all trucks very well stocked and clean. if for some reason you have had a issue please give them a chance to correct the problem and edit your review.
