“Cofield is know Airforce. The young man who came out to service my AC was very nice and professional. I explained to him what was going on with my system. He did a diagnostic test and then he told me what was going on with my system and he also showed me how the line was clogged. He explained that it was not the thermostat. He was just very thorough in checking the system and fixing the problem. I would give him an A plus.“

“I was advised through my Choice Home warranty that this company picked up the work order. Which indicated it would be a few days out. I contacted the technician and asked if there were any cancellations to let me know. He was able to get out sooner and had awesome communication. He quickly identified the issue and also told me of regular maintenance things that would make my unit last longer. I also liked the fact that he had everything needed to fix the issue as I have had companies that would not, and come back hours later to the next day.
