I contacted the technician and asked if there were any cancellations to let me know. He was able to get out sooner and had awesome communication. He quickly identified the issue and also told me of regular maintenance things that would make my unit last longer. I also liked the fact that he had everything needed to fix the issue as I have had companies that would not, and come back hours later to the next day.
