Friendly and profession staff always does a great job with my haircut. Service is fast so your in and out. And now you can check in using the app and you can time your arrival so that you have no wait at all. For the $13 + tip, you can't go wrong. And yes, please don't forget to tip your stylist. They work hard to provide a quick and satisfying service. I'm always surprised at how quickly I'm back out the door with a great looking haircut. Thanks Great Clips! Excellent customer service!

I checked in using the mobile app. I had to wait for longer than the two minute estimate. But it was obvious that the hair stylists were busy. Melissa was the hair stylist that cut my hair. She did a very good job and I am pleased. I believe I had a good experience.

Good service, and clean environment! I would have given a five star but when you walk in they are not busy and sitting around, and acting like they really don't want your business....
