“Their method of polish removal isn’t the most gentle… to say the least. They soak them in remover, scrape them, more soaking, more scraping.. The nail tech gave me a cut on my cuticle last week and although it still hurts, these are the best my nails have ever looked. The color is fantastic and they go all the at to the cuticle instead of away from it so you have to revisit sooner.“
