I normally have a great experience here, but the last time I was there, the lady who did my manicure was extremely rude. The gentleman who did my pedicure was fantastic, and the rest of the staff was kind and polite.

I had a pleasant experience and will definitely be back for nail services! The staff were professional and accommodating. The vibe is friendly and the salon is clean.

I called in prior to check on their prices, and the total for my deluxe pedicure and full acrylic set ended up being less than what I thought it would be ($75 total before tip). This was a plus!

I came in on a Friday around lunch time, and they were pretty busy. I didn’t have to wait though, and sat down right away for my pedicure. I noticed the later it got, the more customers showed up and it got busier. Weekends are probably their busiest.

Today was my 1st time going to NY Nails. I usually go to Q nails but they were closed today. I must say NY Nails was amazing. My tech was Kyle who was great. I will continue to go to this salon in the future.
