The ladies at Betz are the best! Dr. Churchill and Jenny made everything easy when I had to have my sweet baby Dixie put down. They made it comfortable for her and for me. Thank you ladies! Everyone there is compassionate and professional.

Thankfully, I learned here last week that blue buffalo dog food has been linked to dogs having urinary tract problems, while my 13 month old full blooded Rottweiler was being seen & diagnosed with a UTI.
A year prior to getting her, my blue staffy was diagnosed with a UTI, as well as a scan that turned out to be bladder cancer. (Since pit bulls are known for skin allergies, she was given Apoquel by another vet) After her diagnosis, I did research and found that Apoquel counteracts a dog’s body’s way of fighting off cysts in the bladder and urinary tract, thus causing the cancer. I am so happy to have found this vet office after moving here. I have received amazing care for my fur babies here. Dr. Katie is who we primarily see and she is fabulous. We have also seen Dr. Betz and Dr. Churchill who are also wonderful. They are all very caring and knowledgeable and in my opinion go above and beyond to provide the best care. They are also wonderful about working you in if your fur baby has an emergency....which means sometimes you may have to wait a bit longer. Yes I have had to wait sometimes for a routine appointment but that is because they have been willing to work in emergencies for others, which I personally respect and appreciate.
