The staff were very helpful and understanding with me being a new patient. I truly didn't know what to expect, but they were very thorough and kind while explaining what they were going to do. They made me feel a lot less anxious during the whole process.
The staff is so friendly, professional, and made me feel cared for. It's costly but they have payment plan options and are willing to take it one at a time to help me still get care.
They are all very courteous and accommodating to scheduling needs and always greating clients with a smile and pleasantries. The process of my particular situation took much longer than I originally anticipated but the outcome is pretty good. I would not say perfect but very livable.
