We had a new home built and had a coil issue with the new unit, the owner was called and they installed the new ac coil as soon as it arrived. No issues after that. We’ve used them for 3 years and their service has been great.

Dropped my window AC off on Thursday evening and told it would be fixed first thing the next morning. The next day I'm told at 5:15 it still wasn't ready after being told when it wasn't ready. I was told the office worker was going home but the repair guy would call me today to pick it up. That they had emergency repairs today, like my only form of ac isn't also an emergency when I'm disabled and heat intolerant. I finally received the call that it was fixed until 6:30pm. It was in the 90's and by 6:30 I was physically sick and dehydrated and my blood sugar was in the high 400's. It took two days to bring my blood sugar back down. I won't be doing business with them again...read full review
