I had a great experience with this shop from start to finish. They repaired the valve body inside my transmission, replaced my spark plugs, and fixed a misfiring cylinder—and everything was handled quickly and professionally.
Communication was excellent the entire time. They kept me updated throughout the process and even sent photos while the work was being done, which I really appreciated and don’t see often. Pricing was very reasonable for the amount and quality of work completed, and the turnaround time was much faster than I expected.

I meant to write a review a while back, but forgot about it. This automotive shop has been great so far. The office manager, Kara, was super nice when I asked for a second opinion on a quote for some supposed maintenance that needed to be completed on our Honda Ridgeline. The dealership quoted me something absolutely ridiculous and when I called around the folks at Zimco were the only ones to tell me the maintenance I was asking about wouldn’t even be needed for another 20k miles or so. In this economy, it’s important to find local businesses that treat their customers right so you don’t end up spending an insane amount of money on something completely unnecessary.
I just had my car serviced at Zimco Automotive. I can't say enough about this place. Excellent service. The folks were super nice and accommodating. I will definitely use them again.
