This was my first time being serviced by this salon and i am pleasantly impressed. The receptionist was super professional and polite, and my stylist was amazing. Great customer service. the stylist @BUJIGIRLZBEAUTYBAR was very informative about any questions that i asked her. I had twice visted and was pleased, this time however was highly unprofessional. I had my appointment moved twice and then had the stylist cancel at the last minute. It was so last minue that she cancelled AFTER the appointment was scheduled to start . I was left there waiting only to be told she wasnt coming. I was offred a cut and style as consolation but that isnt what I came for! Im now aware that my business is not appreciated here so I will take my business elsewhere.Service: Hair extensions

This salon is BOMB! They are professional and greeted me and made me feel welcomed. The receptionist called me the day before to confirm my appointment which made me feel good about them, as this was my first time at this establishment. My stylist Toi was very sweet, honest, and personable! She listened to me regarding the style I wanted, made me comfortable, and offered me water. I LOVE my hair and she executed my style brilliantly! She has won me over and now she is stuck with me!Service: Hair extensions
