Terry was a tremendous help! He found and resolved the issue with my AC quickly, and on top of that answered my many questions thoroughly. He was so kind and understanding and I really enjoyed talking to him. Thanks Terry!
Very nice gentleman came and fixed up our AC that’s been giving us issues for months! However, I did notice my Pura Scent device is missing from the outlet that they were working by. I think they either disposed of it without realizing or misplaced the device when they hooked up their vaccum to that outlet, I’ve called the ladies who answer their phone twice ; have not heard anything. But other than that, great service .
Update: they have reached out professionally to replace our missing device, and are sending us a new one. Thank you Cassie for your time!
Excellent company! GREAT communication! They were prompt, HONEST, had us taken care of in a few days and put a new unit in for us, for a great price. Mr. Terry came out and diagnosed our issues and gave us all the options to solve our issue. We ended up needing a new system. Ricky and Winston did the install and they were really professional and on time. Someone else came and did a quality control follow up. Start to finish, they were awesome!!
