We came home from vacation to find that we had a water problem stemming from a hole in a water pipe. Superior came out the day we called and fixed the problem. Andrew explained the situation and what his plan was to fix it. Customer service is great and the technicians are professional and personable. We were very pleased.

Jason was very respectful, kind and knowledgeable! He told me about his experiences with new builds and how to prevent having this problem again. He was very patient with me and he listened to me. All in all it was a good learning experience. They were a little bit more than I expected to pay but the bill did come down in the end. Thanks again, Jason!
