Highly recommend Southern Phoenix Services! Kim and John took great care of us when we had an emergency water heater situation. They came out same day - within an hour - and had a brand new water heater installed in no time. Not only that, they connected us with a restoration company who was able to help us out same day as well - it's clear they have a great partnership! Southern Phoenix's response time, customer service, and communication was great and will be using them again next time we need plumbing services.
Even though it took the crew longer to get to get to our house than originally quoted,once they got here they worked through the rain and late into the evening to get the job done. John and Josh did a really good job making sure everything was working fine and cleaned up the site before leaving our house at 10:30 PM. We do recommend this company.
Sent them an email on weekend for non-emergency sewer pump failure, quick response to confirm Monday morning appointment. Got me up and running Monday morning for a very reasonable service call fee. Very satisfied
