Shantell did an outstanding job coloring and cutting my hair! It’s a miracle. I showed her a picture of what I thought I wanted, and she educated and explained to me how it wouldn’t be possible in one day due to my hair type.
Instead, she told me in detail what she planned to do, and she did what she thought would be best, and it was in-fact way better for my face shape and skin tone. I’m so happy with how my hair turned out. I received so many compliments on my hair in the parking lot, in the grocery store and by friends and family all within 3 hours of having my hair done. She was able to take me from dark brown/black and red dyed hair to an ashy, cool blonde. She also informed me about the after-care and how to manage her work of art.

I’d also like to shout out Allison who shampooed and dried my hair. Her shampooing massage was SOO gentle and relaxing. It almost put me to sleep. She didn’t burn my scalp or ears when she was blow drying. Allison has a very soothing, therapeutic, soft touch. You can tell she thinks and cares about her clients comfort, and she doesn’t want to hurt anybody.
