Dr. Shaw is thorough, he identified an issue either missed or I was not informed of by other doctors which could significantly affect my quality of life . He always gets it right the first time with lens strength, something I've struggled with at other doctors. Highly recommend him
Dr. Shaw truly is a professional. He was very patient with me, helpful as well. However, I think he has at least 2 assistants, 1 is very very pleasant. The other? Not so much, as they say.Dr. Shaw, I just wanted to point that out to you in hopes that maybe you can discuss the matter with your staff.
I was a little hesitant to go to Costco because of the other negative reviews. But, I found Dr. Shaw to be super friendly and very competent. He took his time during the appointment and answered all of my questions. I walked out feeling like I had a great experience. I would definitely go back and see him again.
