Ted Erickson from Regal Roofing is amazing; I have a very positive experience from the beginning to the end. He is excellent with explaining and communicating the project plan. He handled all the communications with the insurance company and kept me in the loop. I was impressed by his attention to detail and the promptness with which he and his team completed the project. The level for craftsmanship deserves praises and I am very pleased with my new roof. After the completion of the roofing replacement, they cleaned thoroughly, leaving no debris behind. Absolutely can’t speak highly enough of Shawn and the entire Regal team…they made the process of replacing our roof seamless and stress-free from start to finish. From initial inspections to working closely with insurance to the actual roof replacement, they were invaluable partners and helped me understand the process every step of the way. Shawn was incredibly patient and professional throughout the entire interaction and I would be thrilled to work with him again in the future. The roof turned out great and we couldn’t have been happier with how easy they made everything!
