I recently decided to get my Croscill Serene comforter set dry cleaned at the local Plaza Cleaners. When I recieved my comforter back, it appeared to have a large tattered rip on a portion of it. After examining it more closely, I saw that not only was there a rip, but it was torn/frayed and mangled beyond repair. I contacted the owner(s) of this establishment to see what the best course of action would be to rectify this situation. To her reply, she could only give me a small portion of the value of actual comforter because it was "used"; hence why I took it to the dry cleaners in the first place.
