They were quick to attend me, helpful and kind but unfortunately my gel nails did not last very long. My gel nails have lasted longer compared to other salons with my typical routine of house cleaning. Not worth the price I paid

I went in and spoke with Mike. I said you guys have loads of bad reviews, and I'm a little timid about getting my nails done here. He let me decide and since he could take me right away, I took a chance. I was NOT disappointed!! He was a great conversationalist, and gave me the exact nail look I wanted. I came in on a weekday afternoon and got a gel fill in. A few hours later the polish started bubbling and peeling right off. I went back in the next day and they fixed it for no charge. Well, the following day the polish started peeling again! I called and asked if I could just get my money back and they expressed that they "don't do refunds" but can fix them again. I said I already had them done twice and just wanted a refund but she insisted that they don't refund money. I have been coming here for 2 years but this disappointed me!
