“To the Devon, AC, and Zoe. Thank you so very much for all of your help fixing a disaster of an experience. I placed my order online for an Xbox series X for my family for Christmas. The original order was supposed to be picked up from the store at Perimeter however I received a message later that evening stating that the order was not available. I looked online and found that it was available at the Smyrna store. I tried to change the location online but it did not show as an option for me. I called the 888-Best-buy number for assistance twice. The first person told me that it wasn't available at any stores. I called the Smyrna store directly to verify that they had them and stock then called back to have the store pickup location changed again. Again I was told that they could not help me. I got to the store and was promptly greeted by an associate who asked if I needed help. I she checked for the item and it was in fact in stock. I then asked for the store manager or assistant store manager. While waiting another associate Devon asked if I needed assistance. I told him yes, what my issue or concern was and he also called a manager but he didn't stop there. He went above and beyond to get my problem fixed with the help of AC and Zoe. I know it's not much by I had just placed a $1200 order and depending upon what the resolve was going to be for this issue. I was going to cancel that order and return everything that I purchased the day before. Thank you to all of you went above and beyond to change my customer experience!!“
