Their whole setup is extremely inefficient and convoluted. It seems the whole thing is organized to be as difficult for the customer as possible. Our doctor ordered a take home test kit for our son but nowhere at their kiosk does it tell you how to get that and all their signs tell you not to knock on the door like they are adverse to customer support. I went back to turn in the test kit and they decided to close early so no one was there to take it back which means that we have to get another kit and go through the whole process over again.

Went for blood work. Made an appointment online. Quick check in at kiosk. There were walk-ins waiting when my appointment time came, but the tech called me in at my appointment time, which was fantastic. Hopefully all the techs honor the appointment times! My experience was A+.

I don't remember her name but the lady that works here is the best at drawing blood. I've never had to get stuck twice and I've never had a bruise when I left. And I hate needles.
