This gym isn’t crowded in the early mornings and folks are respectful. The staff can be seen cleaning fairly often. My only major complaint is that they are consistently late to open on Sundays at 8am. It’s unacceptable to have a group of people waiting outside the gym at 8:30 or beyond. Many folks have commented about this and the issue still has not been addressed!

This facility is always neat and clean. The cardio equipment and weight machines are always in good working order. The manager and desk staff are friendly and the class instructors are awesome!

The staff here are awesome. Super friendly and welcoming! I had a great chat with the manager, and she actually convinced me to switch over from Planet Fitness. Her name is Brittani and she’s one of the reasons I look forward to hitting the gym every day. Catching up with a new friend and getting my workout in. 2 birds, 1 stone! The vibe is great for both casual gym-goers and hardcore lifters, and the huge selection of equipment means you’re never stuck waiting around. Definitely recommend!
