I came here on my lunch break today for an emergency neck and shoulder deep tissue. The woman working there was very sweet but during the massage while she was working on my arms I had to speak up several times that she was hurting me. I can handle a deep tissue massage but she kept grinding her elbow and forearm so hard into my upper arm. when I got home I was finding it difficult to move my right arm and when I looked at it I discovered that my arm is black and blue. I understand deep tissue massages cause bruising but this is too much. I as well have over 10 bug bites all over my body that I have had to apply hydrocortisone cream to. I am extremely disappointed that I am covered in unbearably itchy bug bites as well as painful bruises that are hot to the touch and swollen. I didn’t know I was bitten and bruised after my massage at the shop so I paid her and tipped her well for her work but I am very upset that I am now having to apply medication to my skin and ice my arms.
