We have been using them for over five years. They have done installations and also our yearly maintenance. They are a smaller family owned and operated company. That does a honest, great job. We are extremely thankful we found them.
Every time we deal with them we have a good experience. They have come out on weekend emergencies and on standard service and have been well-trained, friendly, professional, and reasonably priced. Today is Sunday and Inair tech just left tuning up our furnace that was turning off on its own, and replacing the basement toilet mechanism that was leaking! I highly recommend inAir!
Our downstairs system died on a Wednesday and they were quick to come out, give us a fair estimate and were there working on Friday. It was a major job and they were here 12 hours and did not upcharge us for anything. Great communication, great service and great equipment. I wish I could give more than 5 stars to InAir!
