My pet peeve when it comes to hair salons is spending so much time there. I will leave even if I do not like the style simply because I can't spend anymore time there to get it updated if it's not what I expected. I had a great experience with Sherese, she was ready to see me early. Although, I was not expecting to get my hair styled she had time to consult and complete my hair same day and this all was under two hours, likely closer to an hour to an hour and a half! “Today was my 2nd time going to Iconically Shea. The staff is amazing. Dexter gave me the best wash, blow dry and detox treatment. He is very detailed and knowledgeable. Every product he put on my hair he told me "this is for moisture" or "This is going to help with your dry scalp." My hair feels so soft and so clean. Also, he was playing Jill Scott tunes which created a relaxing environment. My appointment was at 9am and as I was walking up to the door he told me to meet him at the shampoo bowl. Dexter started on my hair at 8:58a.m. By 9:54 I was sending him the payment for my services. Dexter is thorough but efficient and I appreciate it. Thank you so much Dexter, you have a new client in me ❤️.

Not only do I love the way Luz does my hair but she also will accommodate her schedule for you. She is so sweet and is so good at what she does. Definitely 5 star I’d rate her a 10 if I could.“
