Edited to add another great wax with Jessica! It takes a lot for me to trust someone with my brows, and Jessica has earned it. There was a mixup with my WaxPass last night, and Naomi at the front desk was so calm, cool and collected. Her customer service is amazing.
I don’t know if it’s just Jessica or if it’s the European Wax special wax they use- but this is the gentlest wax experience I have ever had and I have been getting waxed for over 20years. Almost 0 redness! Love Jessica and all the front desk staff!

Ashley was fantastic. My eyebrows were in desperate need of shaping. They look so much better. Very natural and have great shape. I have already booked my next appointment with her.

I need to find somewhere to tint my eyebrows because they are turning gray. I googled to find a place near me and it directed me to European Wax center. I got an immediate appointment and went in to see Jayla. She is new to the company, hands was being supervised to make sure she knew what she was doing. I found her to be exceptionally kind, gentle, talented at what she does, and I enjoyed spending the few minutes with her. I made my appointment for next month before I left. You won't be disappointed, I promise.
