We made an appointment and used our GPS to find their Kennesaw location. Come to find out, they relocated 3 years ago. We called someone at the salon to get directions. They could not even give us an address to their location. After trying to call back to find them, they hung up the phone and never called back. So we decided to try another salon in which we were very happy we did. Terrible customer service!
Ruth's not there anymore so no point in going here. She was the only one who listened, did as you asked, executed it perfectly, gave hair advice and spoke English. The rest... Not so much!
The owner was rude after they messed my hair up. Refused to try and fix it or compensate with a refund. Paid $188. to have red/green tinted hair. Went to a new person and she fixed it with little effort. The owner had no desire to even try and do the right thing.
