We are wrapping up the 3 hottest days we have had this year. Of course our unit died. One quick cal after hours, and the company called me back first thing in the morning. They were willing to squeeze me right in. Once Michael got here he was clear, honest and helpful. Now trust me, I am a crabby-patty and not easy to please. I am 100% pleased with Michael! On top of this I will be signing up for their maintenance service.
Jason showed up less than 24 hours after reaching out because one of my condenser's was not working properly. He quickly diagnosed the problem, fixed it, and we have cold air again!
Very responsive and professional. Initially called them to get a second opinion. They immediately diagnosed a problem the other contractor had made Two visits to diagnose and resulted in a less than favorable outcome. CCS responded within a couple of hours of my call.
